My preferred platform is Showit as it has the most design flexibility. However, I have created websites on other platforms like Squarespace and Wix and am happy to design on works best for you.

do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I never want cost to be a reason not to work together. You can pay in installments throughout the project, or can pay through Affirm.

what is your cancellation policy?
Because of the nature of my services and the time reserved for each project, all payments are non-refundable. If needed, projects can be rescheduled with advance notice.

how long does the project take?
Branding projects typically take 3 weeks, while custom websites have a timeline of 5 weeks. A combined project typically takes 6-8 weeks, depending on the scope of the site.

what is your process like?
It's important to me that the process is collaborative and fun. At the end of the day, this is your business and you need to love what's being created! You'll have access to a Client Portal and shared Drive for the project.

All of my rates are listed on the Services page. I think transparent pricing is important. Custom projects vary depending on the scope of the project.

What if I don’t have all my content ready?
That’s okay. I’ll guide you on what’s needed before we begin so you feel prepared and confident moving forward. I always recommend scheduling a brand photoshoot for branding work.

can I sell products on my website?
Yes! Showit doesn't currently have e-commerce features built in yet, so you will need to use third party apps like Shopify or Thrivecart. Otherwise we can used another e-commerce supported platform.
