All purchases are processed immediately upon payment. You’ll receive an invoice email with access details and/or next steps within a few minutes. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted or work has begun. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, we’re happy to chat before checkout.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project start date. This deposit reserves time in our schedule and is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you choose to cancel your project after signing an agreement or submitting a deposit, you will be responsible for payment for any work already completed, time reserved, preparation, and opportunity cost, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This ensures fair compensation for creative labor and availability committed in good faith to your project.
If cancellation occurs and outstanding balances are paid, we will deliver any completed work that has been paid for at that time. No rights to unfinished work, concepts, drafts, or materials are transferred unless full payment has been received. Any unpaid or partially paid work remains the sole property of Imbue Creative Studio.
Project timelines, deliverables, and handover details are governed by the terms outlined in your individual service agreement.
